The product

The first pass of every data room, automated.

Between opening the data room and the first usable issues list lie weeks of reading. Argus IQ reverses the order: the machine reads everything first, the human judges what is worth judging.

Issues list with sources

Every finding comes with severity, expected impact, a suggested next step and the literal source passage with a page reference. Verifying takes seconds, because the passage is already there.

Delivers A register, with source and page per finding

Draft red flag report

Deal overview, analysed scope, findings per category and open questions, in a fixed format that is immediately usable in the deal process.

Delivers A report in a fixed format, as a draft

Reviewer in the loop

Confirm, reject or adjust, finding by finding. Argus IQ provides the evidence, the professional decides. That keeps the quality where it belongs: with people.

Delivers An audit trail of every decision

Four agents, one report

Classification, clause extraction, issue engine and reporting. Every step produces verifiable intermediate results, so it is always visible why a finding exists. Fixed taxonomy, fixed clauses, fixed issue types; no free-form legal analysis.

Scope Deliberately narrow, and therefore measurable

Who it is for

Built for the side that sets the pace.

Private equity and corporate development

Buy-and-build means the same first pass, deal after deal. Turn it into a repeatable advantage: earlier sight of deal breakers, a sharper position during exclusivity.

M&A advisers and lawyers

Start where it gets interesting: at the judgement. Argus IQ does the reading of the first pass and puts the evidence next to every finding. You review, you accelerate, and you stay in control towards your client.

Selling entrepreneurs

About to sell your company? See your own red flags before the buyer does, and enter the data room sale-ready. That way your best deal starts with a clean slate.

Why we build this

"I have read hundreds of data rooms. The material issues always sit in a handful of provisions, and still we read everything. That reading belongs with a machine, the judgement with us."

White paper

The hidden cost of manual due diligence.

What does a first pass really cost, once you count the waiting, the deal risk and the most expensive hours? A sober analysis with a calculation model, and an honest answer to what automation does and does not solve. The paper is currently available in Dutch.

Questions up front

The five questions everyone asks.

Is this legal advice?

No. Argus IQ delivers evidenced signals with source references; the weighing and the judgement always sit with your own advisers. That is why the reviewer workflow is the core of the product.

Where is my deal data kept and who can reach it?

Processing takes place within the EU, in an environment separated per client. Your data trains no third-party models and never shares a model with the counterparty. We organise information security and responsible AI along ISO 27001 and ISO 42001; certification is under way.

How fast is the first pass?

Minutes to a few hours, depending on the size of the data room. A manual first pass easily takes two to four weeks of the most expensive hours in the process.

What is the difference with the AI assistant in my data room?

An assistant in the data room answers questions about individual documents. Argus IQ reads the whole file along a playbook, weighs every finding, gives the source passage and a next step, and records the reviewer's decision.

What does it cost?

A pilot has one fixed price that you know in advance. You hear the amount in the introductory conversation, because it depends on the number of files and the size of the data rooms. Regular pricing follows at launch.
